Scottish Football League President Brown McMaster was as excited about the Draw for the Third Round of The Co-operative Insurance Cup at the weekend as when it was made, three weeks ago. He said, "I believe that we have eight terrific ties in this round. This round is again seeded and was guaranteed to throw up a number of exciting clashes between sides from the SFL and SPL.
