It was hoped that this weekend would start with fifteen games being played before the rescheduled matches arranged for next week to begin the catch-up process on postponed encounters kicks off on Tuesday. The weather has contrived to make sure a full card will not take place as many pitches have to deal with the twin threat of a frozen surface that is holding melting snow on top of it.
